Allow 21 to 30 days for the sea crossing to Lomé. If your final destination is Cotonou, Abidjan, or Ouagadougou, add 2 to 8 days of road transport from our Lomé hub depending on the country.
A valid ID, the invoice or proof of purchase for the goods, and your tracking code. Certain items (vehicles, regulated goods) require additional documents, which our team details case by case.
Dangerous or flammable products, weapons, counterfeit goods, cash, and undeclared perishable goods cannot be shipped. If in doubt about a specific item, contact us before shipping.
Multiply length × width × height (in cm) to get a volume in cm³, then divide by 1,000,000 to convert to m³. Share this with your advisor when requesting a quote.
Yes, vehicle import is one of our services. The title and purchase invoice are required; our team guides you through the rest of the paperwork and customs duty calculation.
Optional insurance, calculated on your shipment's declared value, can be added to your file. Ask your advisor about it when requesting a quote.
Groupage shares a container with other shippers: it's the most economical option for small volumes. A full container is reserved exclusively for you, suited to larger volumes or sensitive shipments.
